Winter Veg Share

IMG_1209.JPG

Our Winter Vegetable Share program is a convenient way to enjoy fresh vegetables in your diet all year long. We grow our winter crops throughout the summer and store them over the snowy months to share with you. This is a Share program instead of a traditional CSA program because we will buy in crop from neighbouring organic farmers to fill in gaps due to crop failure or to increase diversity in our winter diet.

Veggies include: Cold-hardy greens such as arugula, broccoli, kale, spinach, mustards, and storable squash, onions, garlic, dried tomatoes, beans, and root vegetables such as potatoes, radishes, beets, and carrots comprise this mixed-vegetable package. We even include some of our traditional sauerkraut, kimchi, and Elphin Gold maple syrup made right here on the farm.

Delivered bi-weekly for 10 pick-ups from October through to End of Februrary, let our vegetables nourish and inspire you to beat the winter woes!

Registration for Winter 2018/19 Shares is now CLOSED. Please check back Spring 2019 for updates on our new Winter Veg program. Thank you for supporting our farm.
